Terms

FACILITY REGULATIONS:

(1) Check-in: from 15 h,
Check-out: by 11 a.m.

(2) The flat rental price depends on the number of guests.
The flat may be used by the number of persons in accordance with the reservation.
The number of used sets of bed linen should correspond to the number of Guests as stated in the reservation.
The charge for undeclared Guests, including used sets of bed linen over and above those paid for in the booking, is 50% of the booking price. 3.

(3) Curfew shall apply from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

(4) The flat shall be used in accordance with its intended use for residential purposes and returned in a technical condition not deteriorated from the state in which the Guests found it.

(5) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat.
The fee for violating the ban is PLN 1000.

(6) ORAGANIZATION OF PARTIES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
Guests may be fined for disturbing the quiet of the night and may be evicted without reimbursement of booking fees.
An additional charge for leaving a blatant mess is PLN 1000.

(7) Guests shall be held financially responsible for any damage or destruction caused by them to the property made available to them.

(8) Guests are required to return the remote control for the garage, if offered, to the place indicated in the check-in instructions and to secure the property when leaving it by locking the windows and doors.
The fee for losing the remote control is PLN 250.

(9) The Proprietor of the facility shall not be legally and civilly liable for claims in the event of accidents, injuries to Guests or third parties during their stay and for the property of Guests, including items left behind after check-out.

(10) the moment of using the codes to the flat at check-in will be tantamount to acceptance of the above rules.


REGULATIONS FOR RESERVATIONS MADE BY ELECTRONIC MEANS:

 

1. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

 

a. These rules and regulations are the contractual template for bookings and define the rights and obligations of the Facility and the Client.

b. The condition for making a booking is to fill in the form, read and accept the provisions of the Regulations and make payment.

c. The Client voluntarily makes the booking. The Facility does not charge a booking fee.

d. The Terms and Conditions are valid for bookings made from 28.05.2024.

e. The following terms used in the Terms and Conditions will have the meanings established in accordance with the definitions below:

 

I. Customer - a natural person who is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity (consumer) or, in the case of a reservation made for a company, a person who, in connection with their profession or service provided to a legal person and/or an organisational unit which is not a legal person and to which legal capacity is granted by law, makes a reservation in their name and on their behalf (not a consumer);

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

 

a. In order to make a booking, it is required to be connected to the Internet and to have an e-mail account to which you will receive either a message confirming the booking (in the case of completing the booking process) or an e-mail informing you that the booking has been discontinued (in the case of not completing the booking process).

b. For assistance or answers to any questions, please contact the Property directly.

 

RESERVATION

 

a. TIME TO MAKE A RESERVATION: A reservation is considered to be made at the

the moment the Facility accepts the reservation request - sending an e-mail to the Client confirming that the reservation has been made.

If an email is not received, please check SPAM or contact the Facility.

 

b. CHANGE OF RESERVATION: Changing a reservation by the Client involves the following steps:

 

I. the message sent to the Client will contain a link to make the modification,

II. selecting the option described above will launch the booking management system in the web browser. In the booking management system, depending on the terms and conditions of the offer booked, it will be possible to cancel and/or modify the booking.

III. once a modification request is sent, depending on the offer configuration, it will either be accepted automatically, or sent to the property to confirm the status.

c. REFUSAL OF RESERVATION: The Property reserves the right to refuse a reservation if there are no rooms available at the Property. In such a case, the Client will automatically receive a message to the Client's e-mail address provided in the course of the reservation that the reservation cannot be made.

d. CANCELLATION/CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS: Cancellation of reservations.
